配电变压器抗短路能力抽检研究

摘要 本研究对2020年配电变压器抽检情况进行统计分析,结果表明短路承受能力试验的合格率远低于其他试验项目。同时,对短路承受能力试验的数学模型进行简单介绍,并对试验中出现的各类不合格情形进行详细分类介绍,以期为配变供应商从设计制造等环节提升配变抗短路性能提供借鉴。 This study makes a statistical analysis on the sampling inspection of distribution transformers in 2020. The results show that the qualified rate of short-circuit withstand capacity test is much lower than that of other test items. At the same time, the mathematical model of short-circuit withstand capacity test is briefly introduced, and various unqualified situations in the test are introduced in detail, in order to provide reference for distribution transformer suppliers to improve the short-circuit resistance of distribution transformer from design and manufacturing.
