摘要
采用低耗能被动换热方式设计出蒙皮换热器,利用外界大气作为热沉,降低了飞机能耗,减轻了机载质量。由于高空大气环境参数复杂,因此设计试验样件,并通过前期地面试验研究工作,获得热边流动传热准则与冷边外界环境大气对流换热系数。在此基础上,推算出高空飞机巡航状态下的蒙皮换热器性能。
The skin heat exchanger was designed by adopting a low energy consumption passive heat exchange method, using the outside atmosphere as a heat sink, reducing the energy consumption of the aircraft and reducing the weight of the aircraft. Due to the complexity of the high-altitude atmospheric environment parameters, the test samples were designed, and through the preliminary ground test research work, the hot-side flow and heat transfer criteria and the cold-side ambient air convection heat transfer coefficient were obtained.On this basis, the performance of the skin heat exchanger in the cruising state of the high-altitude aircraft is calculated.
