从区域知识产权发展状况出发,梳理知识产权服务存在的问题,明确在经济发展的不同阶段,由于创新活动的不同,对知识产权服务的需求也不尽相同。在深入分析专利对经济发展的支撑作用基础上,归纳知识产权管理部门、知识产权服务机构及创新主体关于知识产权的服务需求。

Starting from the development of regional intellectual property rights, this article sorts out the problems of intellectual property services, and clarifies that in different stages of economic development, due to different innovation activities, the demand for intellectual property services is also different. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the supporting role of patents on economic development, the demand for services related to intellectual property rights of the intellectual property management departments, intellectual property service organizations and innovation entities is summarized.
