摘要
以某项目电池包支撑架为研究对象,通过ABAQUS建立了有限元三维分析模型,对电池包的箱体进行模态、随机振动和车辆行驶工况分析,模态分析结果显示支撑架不满足要求,将支撑架进行结构上的优化,并将优化前的仿真结果与优化后的仿真结果进行了对比。结果表明:结构优化后电池包支撑架的一阶固有频率得到了显著的提高,随机振动分析和车辆行驶工况的强度仿真验证了优化电池包支撑架结构的稳定性。
Based on the battery pack support frame on a project as the research object,by using ABAQUS finite element three-dimensional analysis model is established,the battery pack boxes for modal analysis,random vibration,and the vehicle driving cycle,the modal analysis results show that the brace does not meet the requirements,will support frame structure optimization,and the optimization simulation results before and after optimization of the simulation results were compared.The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the optimized battery pack support frame is significantly improved,and the stability of the optimized battery pack support frame is verified by random vibration analysis and intensity simulation of vehicle driving conditions.
