工艺规划为核心的产品协同研发生产平台

摘要 为实现具有市场竞争力产品的高端研发,并具备较高的质量及成本控制能力,文中提出构建以工艺规划为核心的产品数字化研发生产平台的解决思路。平台框架包含计算机辅助设计、产品数据管理、计算机辅助工艺规划和协同制造模块;通过工艺与设计、生产两端的数据共享,实现设计、工艺数据和生产的高效协同;通过工艺规划方案的功能描述,展现了一个为企业内部和相关方提供全方位数字化数据及流程的环境,实现企业研发、设计、工艺规划、生产过程管理全业务流程的在线处理、网络化协同,为制造企业提高产品设计水平、质量控制能力和成本管理手段提供帮助。 In order to develop high-end products with market competitiveness and control costs,a solution idea of building a digital product R&D and production platform with process planning as the core is put forward.The platform includes computer-aided design,product data management,computer-aided process planning and collaborative manufacturing modules.Through data sharing among process,design and production,high-efficiency collaboration among design,process data and production can be achieved;the functional description of the process planning scheme shows an environment that provides all-round digital data and processes for enterprises and related parties,under which the online processing and networked collaboration of the whole business processes,including R&D,design,process planning and production process management,can be realized,which can improve the design and quality control ability of manufacturing enterprises and contribute to cost management.
