摘要
包容式节点作为一种曲面壳体结构的新型节点,展示出优越的抗疲劳力学性能及承载能力。文中针对包容式节点曲面渐进优化设计过程中有限元网格不易调整等问题,将等几何分析理论引入包容式节点这类自由曲面壳体结构的分析。首先从包容式节点曲面的NURBS曲面模型出发,基于Reissner-Mindlin退化壳理论,建立对应的壳体单元,然后通过等几何分析实现对包容式节点自由曲面模型的力学分析,并将其结果与有限元仿真结果进行对比,验证该方法的有效性和适用范围,从而为相关设计及优化提供依据和参考。
As a new type of joint of curved shell structure,at present,the inclusive joint has shown a excellent anti-fatigue mechanical property and load-bearing capacity.Considering the problem that the finite element mesh is difficult to adjust in the optimization design of the surface of the inclusive joint,the theory of equal geometry analysis is introduced in the analysis of the free-form surface shell structure such as the inclusive joint.Firstly,based on the NURBS surface model of the inclusive joint surface and Reissner-Mindlin degenerate shell theory,the corresponding shell element is established.Then,the mechanical analysis of the free surface model of the inclusive joint is carried out through isogeometric analysis,and the results are compared with the results of finite element simulation,so as to verify the effectiveness and scope of application of this method,and thus provide the basis and reference for related design and optimization.
