摘要
在自动化码头极其繁重的堆场作业任务中,为了提高轮胎式集装箱起重机自动化作业的安全性,需要一套能够实时监控及识别吊具周围环境的传感器对吊具提供有效安全防护。文中详细介绍了防打保龄系统的应用原理、功能、标定、测试及故障处理等内容。防打保龄系统利用激光器实时扫描起重机下方的障碍物信息,结合实时的小车位置建立堆场轮廓信息,结合PLC控制系统用于实现小车运行方向和相邻贝位障碍物的吊具防撞保护和起升方向的软着陆功能,防止吊具与障碍物发生碰撞。
To improve the safety of automatic operation of the wheel container crane in the extremely heavy yard operation task of the automatic dock,a set of sensors that can monitor and identify the environment around the spreader in real time is needed to provide effective safety protection for the spreader.This paper introduces in details the application principle,function,calibration,testing and fault handling of the anti-bowling system.The anti-bowling system is provided with a laser device to scan the information of obstacles under the crane in real time,collects the outline information of the yard in combination with the real-time position of trolleys,and provides anti-collision protection and soft landing in the lifting direction for the trolley and the sling of adjacent obstacles in combination with PLC control system,so as to prevent the sling from colliding with obstacles.
