总体国家安全观视域下大学生网络安全法治意识养成教育探析

An Analysis of the Cultivation of Legal Consciousness of Network Security among College Students from the Perspective of the Overall National Security Concept

加强网络安全法治意识教育是降低当前大学生网络犯罪率的客观要求,也是维护大学生自身权益的重要手段。当下大学生网络安全意识教育存在着教育专注度不够、教育实效性不足、教育机制不健全等问题。应当从强化大学生网络安全法治信仰、网络安全法律至上、网络安全法治责任、网络安全法治程序等方面入手,培养大学生的网络安全法治意识。

Strengthening the education of legal awareness of network security is the objective requirement of reducing the current network crime rate of college students,but also an important means to safeguard the rights and interests of college students.At present,there are some problems in college students'network security awareness education,such as insufficient concentration,insufficient effectiveness and imperfect education mechanism.We should start from strengthening college students'belief in the rule of law in network security,the supremacy of law in network security,legal responsibility in network security,legal procedures in network security in order to cultivate college students'awareness of the rule of law in network security.
