大智移云时代应用型会计人才培养模式调查研究

Survey on Reform of Training Mode of Applied Accounting Talents in Era of Great Wisdom Moving Cloud

“大智移云”引致的人才需求变化,对现有会计人才培养模式提出挑战。以北京市某高校会计学专业本科生为调研对象,探讨应用型会计人才培养模式现状、存在问题及改革建议。研究发现,被调查学生对“大智移云”有一定程度的了解,并意识到信息技术革命所带来的就业危机。目前,高校会计人才培养模式在人才培养目标、课程设置、授课方式及实践教学环节等方面存在诸多问题,必须进行适应性改革,重塑“大智移云”时代会计人才培养模式。

The change of talent demand caused by the“great wisdom moving cloud”challenges the existing accounting talent training mode.This paper took the accounting undergraduates of a university in Beijing as the research object,discussed the current situation,exis-ting problems and reform suggestions of the training mode of applied accounting talents.We found that the students surveyed have a cer-tain degree of understanding of the“big smart cloud”and are aware of the employment crisis brought about by the information tech-nology revolution.At present,there are many problems in the per-sonnel training objectives,curriculum,teaching methods and prac-tical teaching in the accounting personnel training mode.It is nece-ssary to carry out adaptive reform and reshape the accounting talent training mode in the era of“great wisdom moving cloud”.
