课创赛三位一体的专创融合课程群教学模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Teaching Mode of Professional Course Group Integrated Innovation and Entrepreneurship based on Triad of Course-Creation-Academic Competition

专创融合课程是创新创业教育的重要组成部分,“以赛促建”是专创融合课程建设的重要手段。为了在较长时间内持续培养学生的创新创业能力,将四门课程、创新创业实践和学科竞赛有机结合,建设专创融合课程群:在各课程中有意识地引入工程项目和学科竞赛国赛真题;构建授课教师、学生助教和企航师协同合作、专兼结合的多元师资队伍;设计小组互助、助教帮助、导师个性化指导和企航师真教实干有机结合的复合式教学方式,构建成果导向的成绩考核制和竞赛项目选育平台。实践表明,该模式促进了教学内容的不断革新,调动了教与学双方的积极性,培养了学生的创新创业能力,丰富了课程教学成果。该研究为专创融合教学改革提供了一个可借鉴的案例。

Professional course integrated innovation and entrepreneur-ship was an important part of the education of innovation and entre-preneurship,and it is an eff ective mean to promote construction of professional course integrated innovation and entrepreneurship through academic competition.This study constructed a professional course group integrated innovation and entrepreneurship with four courses,practices of innovation and entrepreneurship and academic competitions.It included the research projects and subjects of natio-nal competitions were introduced into these courses,the construction of pluralistic and collaborative teachings staff with teacher,student assistant and enterprise mentor,the design of compound teaching method included group cooperation,student assistant’s help,teacher individual teaching and real practice guided by enterprise mentor,and the construction of outcome-oriented assessment system and competition project selecting method.It was shown that the esta-blished teaching model promoted the continuous innovation of course content,aroused the enthusiasm of both teachers and stu-dents,cultivated students ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and got more teaching achievements.This study provides a case for the teaching reform of the courses integrated professional training with Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
