双一流高校实验技术人员自我提升路径探究

Research on Self Enhancement Path of Double First-Class Uni-versity Experimental Technician

阐述“双一流”高校实验技术人员的重要支撑作用。针对实验技术人员管理能力欠缺、创新意识不够、学科背景不符以及个人发展受限等问题,提出“强内涵、补短板、提水平”的思想,通过加强内涵建设、践行工匠精神、补齐学科背景短板等举措,提升实验室建设和实验教学水平,同时带动个人水平提升,促进职称晋升,形成良性循环,稳定实验技术队伍,助力高校“双一流”建设。

This paper expounds the important supporting role of ex-perimental technicians in“Double First-Class”universities.Aiming at the problems of lack of management ability,lack of innovation consciousness,inconsistent discipline background and limited per-sonal development of experimental technicians,etc.Put forward the idea of“strengthening connotation,mending shortcomings and rai-sing level”,through strengthening the connotation construction,practicing the craftsman spirit and filling in the shortcomings of discipline background,etc to improve laboratory construction and experimental teaching level,at the same time promote personal level,promote professional title promotion,form a virtuous circle,stabilize the experimental technical team,and help the construction of“double fi rst-class”universities.
