紫外、红外、核磁共振和质谱在醛亚胺合成中的应用

摘要 测定有机分子结构最常用的方法有紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱等。在多数高校的综合化学实验课程设置中,很少有关于亚胺类物质的合成和结构表征实验。基于此,设计了2-吡咯甲醛与2,6-二异丙基苯胺在酸催化下通过加成消除反应合成醛亚胺的实验。利用紫外分析仪-薄层层析跟踪反应进程,用红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱表征目标化合物结构、分析产品纯度。在培养学生基本实验技能的同时,亦提升他们综合运用光谱知识分析问题、解决问题的能力。 The most widely used spectra for the characterization of organic molecular structure are ultraviolet spectrum(UV),infrared spectrum(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMR)and mass spectrum(MS).The examples of synthesis and characterization of imino compounds are very scarce in comprehensive chemistry experiment for many universities.On the basis of this issue,a novel aldimine was designed to synthesize by the reaction of 2-formylpyrrole with 2,6-diisopropylaniline via the addition-elimination reaction in the presence of acid.The reaction process was monitored by UV and thin layer chromatography(TLC).The product was characterized by IR,NMR and MS spectra together with the assessment of the purity.Not only the basic experimental skills of students are enhanced,but also their abilities of analyzing and solving problems about comprehensive application of spectral knowledge are improved.
