海上登靠舷梯结构强度分析

摘要 随着我国对海上资源开发的加快,对用于安全高效的人员输送的运动补偿舷梯需求有所增加。通过工程实例,建立海上登靠舷梯的有限元模型,按照DNVGL要求规范,首先使用两梯分离的方法,计算各工况下的荷载,将荷载施加在有限元模型上,对其进行静力学分析。再使用传统有限元MPC方法和有限元网格重叠方法对舷梯进行强度校核,并与两梯分离的方法进行对比,讨论其结果误差。两梯分离法在保持计算准确度的情况下可较大的节省有限元建模时间,为实际工程的计算和强度校核提供参考。 With the acceleration of the development of marine resources in the country, the demand for a motion compensation gangway for safe and efficient personnel transportation has increased.Through engineering examples, establish the finite element model of the offshore across gangways, and proceed as follows: Standardize DNVGL. First, use the method of two-step separation to calculate the load under each working condition. Apply the load on the finite element model, and check the strength of the model. Then use MPC(multi-point constraint)technology and finite element grid overlap method to check the strength of the gangway, and compare it with the separation method of the two ladders, discuss the similarities, differences and deviation, The two-ladder separation method can greatly save the time of finite element modeling while maintaining the calculation accuracy, and provide reference for the calculation and strength calibration of actual projects.
