海昏侯刘贺墓出土青铜蒸馏器研究

Study on the Bronze Distiller Unearthed from Marquis Haihun Liu He’s Tomb

在海昏侯刘贺墓东回廊北部出土的一套青铜蒸馏器,器型宏大、构思巧妙、结构独特、功能齐全,是出土汉代青铜蒸馏器中的一套精品。本文通过对其功能结构、使用方法及产品类别等方面的讨论分析,认为该蒸馏器在天锅不同扣盖方式的情况下,可适用于不同生产条件和产品类别的蒸馏操作,蒸馏产品可能是以芋为原料的蒸馏酒、提取物或药酒。该讨论和认识,丰富了汉代青铜蒸馏器的研究,为研究蒸馏技术的发展以及蒸馏酒的起源问题提供了新的物证和参考资料。

A set of bronze distillers found in the northern part of the east corridor of Marquis Haihun Liu He’s tomb, is the best one of unearthed bronze distillers in the Han Dynasty. Through the discussion and analysis of the functional structure, using method and product category, it is considered that the distiller can be applied to distillation operation under different production conditions and product categories by using different methods. The distilled product may be distilled wine or extract with taros as raw material. This discussion and understanding not only enriches the study of bronze distiller in the Han Dynasty, but also provides new material evidence and reference for the development of distillation technology and the origin of distilled liquor.
