本文考述了咸齑之历史渊源,记述了明代至今,"中国雪菜之乡"宁波人极为钟爱的咸齑(特指以雪里蕻腌制的咸菜,又称"雪菜")文化。
This paper reviews the historical origin of Xianji, and it describes the Xianji(especially pickles made by potherb mustard, also known as Xueca) culture from the Ming Dynasty, which is popular in Ningbo, the hometown of Chinese Xuecai.
