伴随着教育信息化技术的成熟和发展,高校"数字校园"正在向"智慧校园"稳步迈进。网络舆情预警机制作为"智慧校园"的重要组成,其构建意义重大。基于对当前智慧校园建设背景下高校网络舆情预警机制建设的现状和特点的总结,探索从网络舆情警报机制、舆情预防机制、舆情处理机制等五个方面构建高校网络舆情预警机制。

With the maturity and development of educational information technology,the“Digital Campus”of colleges and universities is steadily moving forward to the“Smart Campus”.As an important part of“Smart Campus”,the construction of network public opinion early warning mechanism is of great signifi cance.Based on the summary of the current situation and characteristics of the construction of college network public opinion early warning mechanism under the background of the current smart campus construction,this paper explores the construction of college network public opinion early warning mechanism from fi ve aspects:Network public opinion alarm mechanism,public opinion prevention mechanism and public opinion processing mechanism.
