盐包腰骶部合理化热敷缓解胰腺炎患者腰部酸胀的效果

Effect of salt packet hot compress in the lumbosacral region to relieve the back pain for pancreatitis patients

目的探讨盐包腰骶部合理化热敷缓解胰腺炎患者腰部酸胀的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月九江市第一人民医院收治的150例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(75例)与对照组(75例)。观察组采用内科保守治疗+盐包腰骶部合理化热敷护理,对照组采用内科保守治疗+常规护理,比较两组腹痛时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、初次排便时间、住院时间,比较两组治疗前后的临床症状积分、生活质量(QOL)、满意度及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平。结果观察组的腹痛时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、初次排便时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前的临床症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的腹痛、痞满、恶心呕吐、口干口渴积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的满意率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组干预前的IL-6、CRP、IL-8比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的IL-6、CRP、IL-8低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的干预前QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的QOL各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐包腰骶部合理化热敷运用于胰腺炎中效果突出,促进相关症状好转,缩短住院时间,清除炎症反应,患者满意度高,并提升生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of salt packet hot compress in the lumbosacral region to relieve the back pain for pancreatitis patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Jiujiang No.1 People′s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group(75 cases)and control group(75 cases)according to random number table method.The observation group adopted the conservative medical treatment and salt packet hot compress;the control group adopted the conservative medical treatment and routine care.The abdominal pain time,bowel sound recovery time,first defecation time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Clinical symptom score,quality of life(QOL),satisfaction and interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The duration of abdominal pain,bowel sound recovery time,first defecation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of abdominal pain,ruffian,nausea and vomiting,dry mouth and thirst in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in satisfaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in IL-6,CRP and IL-8 between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,il-6,CRP and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of QOL before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of QOL in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The salt packet hot compress can reduce the clinical symptoms,hospitalization time and inflammatory response,and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life.It is worthy of promotion.
