基于CiteSpace可视化分析灾难性抗磷脂综合征研究

Visualization analysis of catastrophic antiphospholipid antibody syndrome based on CiteSpace

目的探求灾难性抗磷脂综合征知识演进和发展及其研究现状、揭示相关研究热点,为灾难性抗磷脂综合征相关研究提供参考。方法2021年3月选用Web of Science核心合集的数据库中1992年至今(2021年3月)收录的与灾难性抗磷脂综合征有关文献,应用CiteSpaceⅤ软件进行可视化分析。结果共收录256篇文献,灾难性抗磷脂综合征研究年度发文量相对平衡;研究主要集中于欧美国家,以美国、西班牙发文量最大,南非、法国、以色列发文量位居前5名;科研机构西班牙巴塞罗那医疗中心发文量最大,并且与南非开普敦大学、以色列舍巴医疗中心具有一定广度和深度的合作;灾难性抗磷脂综合征的分类标准、血栓形成、发病机制、国际共识声明是目前研究热点;近10年研究前沿集中在血栓性微血管病、灾难性抗磷脂综合征前瞻性多中心临床队列、脏器受累描述分析、利妥昔单抗、血浆置换等方面。结论灾难性抗磷脂综合征研究发展迅速,我国学者应加强国家间合作与交流,建立我国灾难性抗磷脂综合征患者队列。

Objective To investigate the current research on catastrophic antiphospholipid antibody syndrome(CAPS).To explore the relevant research hotspots and advance in the area of CAPS.Methods Literature related to CAPS during 1992 to March 2021 was collected by searching the database of Web of Science core collection,and was analyzed visually by CiteSpaceⅤsoftware.Results A total of 256 articles related to CAPS were included.The average number of publication each year was relatively balanced.The main publishing units were from European and American countries,with the top five the United States,Spain,South Africa,France,and Israel.The scientific research institution which had the largest number of published articles was Barcelona Medical Center in Spain,and it had a close collaboration with Cape Town University in South Africa and Sheba Medical Center in Israel.In the recent ten years,the research frontier had focused on thrombotic microangiopathy,rituximab,plasma exchange,CAPS registry,and organ damage analysis.Conclusions The research on CAPS has developed rapidly.We should establish the CAPS cohort in Chinese population and strengthen international cooperation.
