河北省高校众创空间高质量发展研究

Research on the High-Quality Development of Mass Entrepreneurship Space in Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province

河北省高校众创空间发展成效显著,但也存在高质量众创空间少,在双创教育中的作用发挥不足等问题。从体制机制建设、师资力量、校企合作等方面探讨高校众创空间发展存在的困境。提出河北省高校众创空间高质量发展的对策建议,包括加强组织协同管理、深化政企校院合作打造创新创业共同体、高校提升空间管理与孵化服务能力等。

The development of mass entrepreneurship space in colleges and universities in Hebei Province has achieved remarkable results,but there are also some problems,such as less high-quality mass entrepreneurship space and insufficient role in mass entrepreneurship and innovation education.This paper discusses the difficulties in the development of mass entrepreneurship space in colleges and universities from the aspects of system and mechanism construction,teachers,school enterprise cooperation and so on.It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of mass entrepreneurship space in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,including strengthening organizational collaborative management,deepening the cooperation between government,enterprises,schools and colleges,building an innovation and entrepreneurship community,and improving the space management and incubation service ability of colleges and universities.
