摘要
交叉学科人才的培养是一个国家创新发展的重要支撑。探讨我国交叉学科的发展,采用分层抽样的方法,对153所硕士点高校交叉学科建设的相关文件进行内容分析,主要从交叉学科的数量、所属机构类型、所授予研究生学位、地区分布及所涉及的一级学科这五个维度对样本进行统计分析,为交叉学科的未来发展提供建议。研究发现,交叉学科对于人才的培养呈高层次、高水平和单一化状态,交叉学科的全面性、综合性、多样化还有待提高。
The cultivation of interdisciplinary talents is the basis of a country's innovative development.In order to reveal the development pattern of cross-disciplinary in China,this study adopts the method of stratified sampling,through the content analysis of the documents related to the cross-disciplinary construction of 153 master universities,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the samples from four dimensions:The types of institutions belonging to cross-disciplinary disciplines,the number of master's and doctor's degrees awarded,the number of cross-disciplinary disciplines and the distribution areas of cross-disciplinary disciplines,so as to reveal the development status of cross-disciplinary disciplines,to provide suggestions for the future development of interdisciplinary subjects.It is found that the cross-disciplinary training of talent is a high-level,high-level and a single state,the cross-disciplinary comprehensive,comprehensive and diversified need to be improved.
