摘要
我公司2020年10~12月28 d熟料强度波动较大,平均强度为59.4 MPa,标准偏差为3.0 MPa,通过多元线性回归分析出造成熟料28 d强度波动大的主要因素有SO_(3)、MgO、R_(2)O、f-CaO含量。通过优化石灰石平台搭配,调整配料方案,控制熟料SO_(3)、MgO、R_(2)O、f-CaO含量,同时结合熟料易磨性、熟料煤耗数据,综合评价得出最佳方案,调整后统计4~5月数据,熟料28d平均强度为62.0MPa,标准偏差平均值为1.5MPa。
Our company’s 28 d clinker intensity fluctuates greatly from October to December in 2020.The average intensity is 59.4 MPa,and the standard deviation is 3.0 MPa.Through multiple linear regression analysis,the main factors for the 28 d intensity fluctuation of mature material are SO_(3),MgO,and R_(2)O content.By optimizing the limestone platform configuration,adjusting the batching plan,controlling the content of SO_(3),MgO,R_(2)O and f-CaO in the clinker,and combining the grindability of the clinker and the coal consumption data,the best plan is obtained through comprehensive evaluation,and statistics on April and May data after adjustment,the 28 d average strength of clinker is 62.0 MPa,and the average standard deviation is 1.5 MPa.
