摘要
采用试饼法对水泥安定性进行检验,水泥中f-CaO含量高超出控制值会导致试饼法中的试饼膨胀、裂纹、弯曲而被判所检验样品水泥安定性不合格。本文中介绍了三种情形下试饼异常的案例,分析了形成原因,提出了解决问题的方法。
The test cake method is used to test the stability of cement. The high content of f-CaO in cement exceeding the control value will cause the test cake to expand, crack, and bend in the test cake method, and the cement stability of the tested sample is judged to be unqualified. This article introduces three cases of abnormal test cakes, analyzes the causes, and proposes solutions to the problems.
