针对现有板结飞灰预处理系统存在割袋装置易卡顿、破碎效果差、人工参与度高、效率低等问题,我公司设计一种新型板结飞灰预处理系统工艺,智能化控制,实现板结飞灰吨袋自动上料、破袋、挤压卸料的自运行工序,大大降低减少人工参与工作量,实现平均每小时处理12袋约7.2 t板结飞灰,满足用户安全高效无害化处置要求。
