摘要
通过数理统计技术研究了石膏进厂温度与石膏初凝时间、抗裂性和抗压强度之间的关联性,并进一步讨论了环境温度对进厂石膏温度的影响,结果显示外界环境温度对石膏进厂温度影响甚微,进厂石膏温度与石膏初凝时间之间没有明显关联性,但与抗裂性之间有明显相关性,并随着进厂温度的升高开裂的风险急速升高。进厂石膏温度与石膏抗压强度之间有不明显的相关性,并随着进厂石膏温度的升高而存在强度下降的风险。
The correlation between initial setting time, crack resistance and compressive strength and gypsum into the factory temperature was studied by mathematical statistics technology, and further discussed the influence of the temperature of gypsum into the factory to the environmental temperature on, the results showed that the external environment temperature has no significantly influence to the temperature of gypsum into the factory, there is no obvious relevance between the temperature of gypsum into the factory and temperature and initial setting time of gypsum plaster, However, it has significant correlation with crack resistance, and the risk of cracking increases rapidly with the increase of gypsum incoming temperature. There is no obvious correlation between the temperatures of gypsum entered the factory and the compressive strength of gypsum, and there is a risk of strength decline with the increase of temperature of gypsum entered the factory.
