利用采石表层土制备免烧砖的试验研究

摘要 以汉中某石灰岩矿山表层土为主要原料,采用水泥和增强剂作为固化材料,通过静压成型的方式制备免烧砖,探索水泥用量、絮凝剂种类及增强剂用量对免烧砖固化效果的影响规律。通过试验得到免烧砖最佳配比,测试最佳配比免烧砖的相关性能,结果表明:所制备的免烧砖强度、抗冻性、干燥收缩、吸水率、碳化性能及软化系数均满足规范要求。 Using the surface soil of a limestone mine in Hanzhong as the main raw materials, using cement and reinforcing agents as curing materials, the non-burning bricks are prepared by static pressure for ming.The article explores the influence of the amount of cement, the type of flocculant and the amount of enhancer on the curing effect of non-fired bricks. The best ratio of non-fired bricks was obtained through the experiment, and the related performance of the best ratio of non-fired bricks was tested. The results showed that the strength, frost resistance, drying shrinkage, water absorption, carbonization performance and softening coefficient of the prepared non-fired bricks all meet the specification requirements.
