摘要
龙门起重机广泛应用于造船厂,其主要功能是对船体进行拼装和分段的搬运工作,一般称龙门吊。龙门吊是由刚性腿、柔性腿和主横梁构成的门架结构设备。主梁上一般设有2台或3台小车,可以在刚性腿和柔性腿之间移动。龙门吊在船厂投入运行过程中,必须考虑安全方面的因素,尤其要注意小车在作业运动过程中(特别是带载运行过程中)负载工件与机构发生碰撞,造成设备的损伤。本方案主要归纳总结龙门吊的小车防撞,但不包含安全要求的所有方面,也不能解除电控商对于龙门起重机控制的安全责任,可籍此规范电控商的设计。
The gantry crane is widely used in shipyards,mainly for hull assembly and sectional handling. Gantry crane is a gantry structure equipment composed of rigid leg,flexible leg and main beam. The main beam is generally equipped with two or three trolleys,which can move between rigid legs and flexible legs. When the gantry crane is put into operation in the shipyard,safety factors must be considered. In particular,it is necessary to pay attention to the possible collision between the loaded workpiece and the mechanism(especially with the flexible leg mechanism)during the operation movement of the trolley(especially the loaded operation),resulting in equipment damage. This scheme mainly summarizes the trolley anti-collision of gantry crane,but does not include all aspects of safety requirements,nor can it relieve the safety responsibility of the electric control supplier for the control of gantry crane. This can be used to standardize the design of the electric control supplier.
