飞机流量控制活门故障分析及改进方案

摘要 某型飞机流量控制活门主要由有刷电机和机械部件组成,其功能是接收上位机控制信号驱动碟板开大或关小,通过调节气路流量达到控制座舱供气温度的目的。与上位机通信过程中需要发送活门到达开关位置信号,实现此功能的电气限位装置"微动开关"故障频发,导致活门故障率较高,可靠性差。针对该类活门电气控制进行分析,通过增加旁路控制解决微动开关接触电阻增大、活门无法发出位置信号的问题。经试验验证,该方法改进有效,为该类活门电气限位控制提供借鉴。 This article describes an aircraft flow control valve. The valve is composed of a brushed motor and mechanical structures. The main function is to receive the signal then control the flow of the hot pipeline by adjusting the opening angle,control the temperature of the cabin air supply. In the course of use,the micro switch used for electrical limit frequently fails. This article analyzes the electrical control of this type of valve. By increasing the bypass control,the problem of the contact resistance of the micro switch increasing and the valve unable to send position signal is solved. Tests have verified that the method is improved and effective,which can provide a reference for the electrical limit control of this type of valve.
