摘要
本文通过主成分分析法对造价管理全过程影响因素识别。首先确定影响输变电工程造价管理的因素,包括5个一级指标、15个二级指标以及39个三级指标。然后基于问卷调查结果采用主成分分析法进行数据分析,总结得出关键要素。最后基于关键要素从输变电工程造价全过程管理角度给出相应的对策建议。
In this paper,principal component analysis method is used to identify the influencing factors of the whole process of cost management.First,determine the factors that affect the cost management of power transmission and transformation projects,including 5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.Then,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,principal component analysis was used to analyze the data,and the key elements were summarized.Finally,based on the key elements,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given from the perspective of the whole process management of power transmission and transformation project cost.
