碳中和目标下辽宁绿色制造的实施策略研究

“30·60目标”是中国实施碳达峰、碳中和的战略目标,中国作为世界第二大经济体,在引领世界碳中和的过程中承担巨大责任。辽宁省作为我国最大重工业城市之一,绿色制造在碳中和过程起着至关重要的作用,本文在系统分析辽宁绿色制造的现状之后,提出了碳中和目标下辽宁绿色制造实施对策,加速实现辽宁省碳中和目标。

The"30·60 target"is China's strategic goal of implementing carbon peak and carbon neutrality.As the world's second largest economy,China bears great responsibility in leading the world's carbon neutrality.As one of the largest heavy industrial cities in China,green manufacturing plays a vital role in the process of carbon neutralization in Liaoning Province.After systematically analyzing the current situation of green manufacturing in Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of green manufacturing in Liaoning Province under the goal of carbon neutralization,so as to accelerate the realization of the goal of carbon neutrality in Liaoning Province.
