离心式鼓风机具有噪音低、适用性强、坚固耐用等特点,广泛应用于基础设施行业、汽车工业、污水处理、化工等行业,为世界社会经济发展做出了重要贡献。离心式鼓风机临界点的预测试和调试直接决定离心式鼓风机压力的运行功率和功能。但是,关于控制装置的测试,我国离心式鼓风机的预测试和调试有待进一步深化,本文分析了离心式鼓风机的初步检查和调试,并对安装过程中的主要控制点,进行了预测试和运行。

Centrifugal blowers have the characteristics of low noise,strong applicability,and durability.They are widely used in infrastructure industry,automobile industry,sewage treatment,chemical industry and other industries,and have made important contributions to the world's social and economic development.The pre-test and commissioning of the critical point of the centrifugal blower directly determines the operating power and function of the centrifugal blower pressure.However,regarding the test of the control device,the pre-test and debugging of the centrifugal blower in my country needs to be further deepened.This paper analyzes the preliminary inspection and debugging of the centrifugal blower,and conducts the pre-test and operation of the main control points in the installation process.
