新能效标准在核电站干式变压器的应用研究

摘要 针对新能效标准GB 20052—2020电力变压器能效限定值及能效等级发布实施后核电站用干式变压器能效等级和损耗水平的选择方案进行分析研究,回顾了核电站用干式变压器损耗水平的历史情况,以新能效标准实施前所采用的老1级能效为基准分析了新能效标准干变参数实现的技术路线,可通过提高硅钢片牌号或采用长圆形铁心截面的方式来达到降低空载损耗的目的,在此基础上采用综合能效费用法进行了经济性计算,根据计算结果,推荐当前形势下采用新2级能效作为选择方案,可兼顾产品的节能效果和经济性。最后,针对执行安全功能需进行安全级鉴定程序的核岛安全级干式变压器进行了新能效标准下的鉴定影响分析,得出采用新2级能效时,可通过分析法或补充较少鉴定试验即可满足其鉴定程序。 This paper analyzes the selection scheme of energy efficiency grade and loss level of dry-type transformer for nuclear power plant after the application of the new energy efficiency standard GB 20052-2020 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and the energy efficiency grades for power transformers,and reviews the historical situation of loss level of dry-type transformer for nuclear power station.Based on the old Grade 1 energy efficiency used before the application of the new energy efficiency standard,the technical roadmap for the realization of the dry transformation parameters of the new energy efficiency standard is analyzed,which can reduce the no-load loss by improving the parameter of silicon steel sheet or using the long-circular core section.On the analysis,the economic calculation is carried out by using the TOC(Total Owning Cost)method.According to the calculation results,It is recommended to use the new Grade 2 energy efficiency as the option under the current situation,which can take into account the energy-saving effect and economy of the products.Finally,for the nuclear island safety class(class 1E)dry-type transformer which needs to carry out the safety grade identification procedure to perform the safety function,the identification impact analysis under the new energy efficiency standard is carried out.It is concluded that when the new Grade 2 energy efficiency is used,the qualification procedure can be met by analysis method or adding a few qualification tests.
