摘要 EPIP是在国内教育实践和理论研究基础上,汲取中国历代教育思想和结合国际先进教学理念,以复合创新型及应用型技能人才培养为目标的教学模式。EPIP的教学理念是以个人职业发展为需求,利用现代信息技术进行教学设计,并将行业里的新技术引入实训教学中。在数控维修实训教学中,通过EPIP的教学理念进行改革创新的教学模式能够充分调动学生学习主动性、提升学习效果;多样化教学方法与手段能够使学生更易于提升知识应用能力及创新能力;能有效提高课程教学质量和人才培养质量,改善学生技能水平,并能够通过该课程的学习开发出具有一定实用价值的作品。 EPIP is a teaching model based on domestic educational practice and theoretical research to absorb the Chinese educational ideas and combine international advanced teaching concepts with the goal of combining innovative and applied skills training.EPIP's teaching philosophy is based on the demands of personal career development to apply modern information technology for teaching design and introduce the industry's new technology into practical teaching.In the teaching of numerical control maintenance,the reform and innovation of teaching mode through EPIP teaching concept can fully mobilize students'learning initiative and improve learning effect.The diversified teaching methods and means can make students easier to improve the ability of knowledge application and innovation.This teaching technique can effectively improve the quality of curriculum teaching and personnel training improve students'skill level.Moreover,the works of practical value through the study of the course can also be developed.
