摘要
在竞争绩效文化的趋势下,教师评价制度逐渐成为教育行政与管理领域的一项重要内容。学校行政组织体系的官僚原则和专业原则是两种教师评价逻辑——绩效控制取向和专业发展取向——产生的主要根源,同时耦合模式治理逻辑为两种教师评价逻辑的平衡与统整提供了解决思路。教师评价改革不仅仅是评价模式的改革,更应重视其背后的组织结构和治理逻辑的协同。唯有实现治理逻辑的统合,方能建构科学、公平、有效的教师评价体系。
In the trend of competitive performance culture,teacher evaluation system has gradually become an important content in the field of education administration and management.The bureaucratic principles and professional principles of the school bureaucracy pattern are the main sources of the two kinds of te acher evaluation logics performance control orientation and pro fessional development orientation.The Simultaneous coupling governance logic provides a solution for the balance and integration of the two kinds of teacher evaluation concepts.The reform of teacher evaluation is not only the reform of evaluation mode,but also the coordination of organizational structure and governance logic behind it.Only by realizing the integration of governance logic can we construct a scientific,fair and effective teacher evaluation s ystem.
