摘要 随着社会的发展和科技的进步,越来越多的先进技术被应用到建筑施工领域。BIM技术作为一种经典的现代三维模拟技术,能够在建筑工程全生命周期展现作用,有效提升生产效率。BIM技术在建筑工程管理运用的过程中,可帮助建筑工程的参建单位根据需求实现有效沟通,并利用其可视化功能,实现技术共享与数据分析。因此,在工程项目的发展过程中,无论是决策阶段还是设计、施工和运营阶段,都需要借助BIM技术的应用优势,促进建筑行业发展,提升技术的应用价值。 With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, more and more advanced technology has been applied to the field of construction. BIM technology, as a classical modern three-dimensional simulation technology, can show the application role in the whole life cycle of construction engineering, and effectively improve production efficiency. In the process of the application of building management, BIM technology can help participating units of construction projects to realize effective communication according to their own needs, and make use of the visual function of BIM technology to share technology and data analysis. In the development process of engineering projects, whether in the decision-making stage, design stage or even construction and operation stage, it is necessary to realize the effective application of BIM technology, promote the development of the construction industry,and improve the application value of technology.
