摘要
湿陷性黄土地区由于土体结构的特殊性,在较重荷载的作用下,如不进行地基处理往往会有较大的附加沉降,严重影响主体结构安全。根据湿陷性黄土的特点,以洛阳市洛龙区东西霍屯棚户区工程改造项目为载体,对项目浅基坑高层住宅区域采用复合地基以满足地基承载力的处理方案进行分析论证,得出采用复合地基能够有效地满足上部结构对地基承载力的要求且施工方便切实可行。
Due to the particularity of soil structure in collapsibility loess area, under the action of heavy load, if foundation treatment is not carried out, there will often be large additional settlement, which seriously affects the safety of main structure. In this study, based on the characteristics of collapsible loess,in luoyang los area dragons to HuoTun shantytowns engineering projects as the carrier, for shallow foundation pit project of high-level residential area using composite foundation in order to satisfy the bearing capacity of foundation treatment schemes are analyzed, it is concluded that using the composite foundation can effectively meet the requirements of the upper structure, the bearing capacity of foundation and construction convenient and feasible.
