摘要
该文介绍了加氢装置通过改造氢气管网流程、脱硫胺液流程进行互供,实现新氢压缩机、高压胺液泵的优化运行;在优化工艺流程的基础上,对新氢压缩机、液力透平、高压胺液泵提出进一步改造措施,使设备节能运行实现最大化,经济效益非常可观,从设备管理角度对实现节能减排,促进碳达峰碳中和具有借鉴意义。
This article introduces the optimal operation of fresh hydrogen compressor and high-pressure amine pump in hydrogenation unit by reforming hydrogen pipe network flow and desulfurized amine liquid flow for mutual supply.Based on the optimized process flow,it also proposes further improvement measures for the fresh hydrogen compressors,hydraulic turbines,and high-pressure amine pumps to maximize the energy-saving in equipment operation,with considerable economic benefits.From the perspective of equipment management,all these have reference significance for achieving carbon peak,carbon neutrality,energy saving and emission reduction.
