考虑省间交易与源荷互动协调的新能源消纳机制 被引量:8

Renewable Energy Consumption Mechanism Considering the Coordination of Inter-provincial Transactions and Source-load Interaction

摘要 为解决因新能源迅速发展和电网调峰能力不足所引发的新能源消纳问题,提出了一种考虑月度省间交易与源荷互动协调的新能源消纳优化模型。首先,从交易上报、出清、结算分摊3个角度,设计了用户参与新能源消纳的省间交易机制。其次,综合考虑电价因素与社会因素对用户需求响应能力的影响,提出一种考虑社会环境因素的用户需求响应模型。然后,精细化考虑电力用户的需求响应参与度、需求响应能力以及机组的出力限制等因素,提出一种促进新能源消纳的中长期源荷协同的双层优化模型。以某省电网为例进行分析,结果表明该模型可以有效提升新能源的消纳,实现电网公司、新能源厂商、用户的共同盈利。 To solve the problem of renewable energy consumption caused by the rapid development of renewable energy and the lack of peaking capacity of power grid,a renewable energy consumption optimization model is proposed,which considers the coordination of monthly inter-provincial transactions and source-load interaction.First,from the three as⁃pects of transaction application,clearing,and settlement allocation,the inter-provincial transaction mechanism for us⁃ers to participate in renewable energy consumption is designed.Second,considering the influences of electricity price and social factors on the user demand response capability,a user demand response model considering social and envi⁃ronmental factors is put forward.Afterwards,considering factors such as the demand response participation of power us⁃ers,demand response capability and unit output constraints,a bi-level optimization model of medium-and long-term source-load interaction is set up to promote the renewable energy consumption.A provincial power grid is taken as an ex⁃ample,and results show that the proposed model can effectively increase the renewable energy consumption and realize the common profit of power grid companies,renewable energy companies,and users.
