This scientific research complex building of some grade 3 and first-class hospital in Xi ’an will be use to do scientific research, teach medical students, practice and accommodation. This paper introduces the design idea of the water supply system, hot water system, drainage system, rainwater system of the building, and summarizes the design considerations of each system.
