摘要 高校思想政治理论课教师(以下简称思政课教师)不仅承担着教授知识、传播真理的教育责任,而且肩负着培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人的历史使命和时代重任。国家高度重视对思政课教师的能力培养、素质提升。从系统论的角度出发,透视思政课从逻辑起点到终点的全过程,通过对思政课的整体性考量,确定思政课教师的中介主体定位。思政课教师不仅起到“传道授业解惑”的教育主体责任,更起到“传输”国家意志的中介作用。唯有认清思政课教师的中介主体定位,才能增强思政课教师的角色定位和角色意识,从而提高思政课教师的职业素养与能力,对提升思政课的实效性具有重要意义。 The duty of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges(hereinafter referred to as I&P teachers)is not only to teach knowledge and spread the truth,but more importantly to cultivate builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.China pays great attention to the ca-pacity and quality improvement of I&P teachers.Based on the whole process of ideological and politi-cal theory education from its logical beginning to its end with a systemic perspective,and through a holistic perspective of it,this paper identifies the position of I&P teachers as intermediaries in the overall process of ideological and political education.The teachers not only play the role of the educa-tion carrier by“imparting knowledge and answering questions”,but also of intermediary in“transmit-ting”the will of China and“linking”it and the college students.The significant way to enhance the awareness and role of I&P teachers is to recognize the position of the intermediary subject of them.In this way,the professionalism and ability of I&P teachers can be improved,which is of great signifi-cance to the effectiveness of ideological and political theory education.
