新文科建设背景下人文社会科学科研转型提升之路径探索

Transformation and Promotion of Humanities and Social Science Studies in the Construction of New Liberal Arts

全球治理与社会变革、科技进步与经济发展拓展了传统人文社会科学研究的领域和范畴,也对传统科研组织模式、人才培养模式、社会服务模式提出了新命题。论文在分析新文科建设的时代背景、建设要求,评述美国实践的基础上,阐明我国新文科科研的基本内涵,并从科研模式创新、评价体系创新、方法转型创新、学术话语创新等四个方面论述了新文科科研转型提升的实施路径。认为新文科建设要遵循学科发展规律、教育教学规律,要考虑不同类型高校目标定位、发展模式、发展水平的现实,发挥优势特色,分阶段、分步骤推进科研转型提升。

With global governance and social changes,technological and economic development,the fields of traditional humanities and social science studies have expanded,which requires innovation in the traditional scientific research model,talent-training model,and social service model.Based on the analysis of the background and requirements of the New Liberal Arts construction,and the review of American experience,this paper clarified the connotation of New Liberal Arts.Then the implementation path of scientific research transformation and promotion was discussed from four aspects:scientific research model innovation,academic evaluation system innovation,methodology transformation innovation,academic discourse innovation.In brief,scientific research transformation should be promoted and upgraded gradually,and the reality of university characteristic and development level should be considered.
