“双一流”建设需求下产学研结合的研究生教学方法与实践

Graduate Teaching Method and Practice of Combining Education,Research and Production under the Demand of Double First-class Construction

基于“双一流”建设提出的教学需求,文章借鉴国外一流大学的教育思路和理念,结合作者在研究生教学组织与管理方面的实践经验,总结提出研究生教学梯队的纵横建设体系和产学研结合,以“三个面向”为指引的研究生教学方法,并以教学案例进行方法实践的阐述。实践表明,在产学研结合的研究生教学方法指导下,提升研究生在科学研究、社会服务、传承创新和国际交流合作中的综合实力。

Based on the teaching requirements of the double first-class construction,this paper summarizes the author's practical experience in the teaching organization and management of graduate students by referring to the educational ideas and concepts of foreign first-class universities.This paper puts forward the graduate teaching echelon that should combine the system of vertical and horizontal construction with the combination of production,study and research,and take"three aspects"as the guidance of graduate teaching method,and illustrates the method practice with teaching cases.Practice shows that under the guidance of the combined teaching methods of graduate students,the comprehensive strength of graduate students in scientific research,social services,inheritance innovation and international exchange and cooperation is enhanced.
