摘要
基于专业和年级分层调查大学生创业能力的状况,采用自主编制《大学生创业能力自评量表》,抽取19所高校的本科大学生进行调查,采集有效样本4248份。发现大学生创业能力整体处于中等水平,在专业和年级背景变量方面均存在显著差异。专业对大学生创业能力影响不显著,年级对大学生创业能力影响极其显著,创业学习是大学生创业能力提升的重要路径。基于实证分析,提出大学生创业能力提升策略。
Objective:To investigate the entrepreneurial ability of college students based on their majors and grades.Methods:4248 undergraduates from 19 universities were investigated with the self-developed Entrepreneurship questionnaire,and the valid samples were collected.The results showed that the entrepreneurial ability of college students was in the middle level,and there were significant differences in both major and grade.Major has no significant influence on college students'entrepreneurial ability,grade has significant influence on college students'entrepreneurial ability,and entrepreneurial learning is an important way to improve college students'entrepreneurial ability.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students.
