摘要
为了解职前幼儿教师的专业承诺与职业认同感的现状及关系,研究选取忻州师范学院的300名学前教育专业学生作为研究对象,采用《大学生专业承诺问卷》和《学前教育专业学生教师职业认同问卷》作为研究工具。结果表明,职前幼儿教师的专业承诺在志愿选择上差异显著,在培养层次、年级和实习上部分维度差异显著;职前幼儿教师的职业认同感在志愿选择上差异显著,在培养层次、年级和实习上部分维度差异显著;专业承诺与职业认同感呈显著正相关。
In order to investigate the present situation and relationship between pre-service kindergarten teachers'professional commitment and professional identity,300 preschool education majors were selected as the research objects,and the"professional commitment questionnaire for college students"and"professional identity questionnaire for preschool education students"were used as research tools.The results show that the professional commitment of pre-service kindergarten teachers is significantly different in voluntary choice;there are significant differences in some dimensions of training level,grade and practice,the professional identity of pre-service kindergarten teachers is significantly different in voluntary choice;there are significant differences in some dimensions of training level,grade and practice and professional commitment and professional identity are significantly positively correlated.
