基于应用型为导向的茶叶加工学课程教学改革探究

随着社会经济水平的提升与茶产业的发展,全国范围内开办茶学专业的高校不断增加。茶叶加工学作为一门茶学专业的核心课程仍有不足之处,而云南拥有丰富的茶树资源与发展优势,通过将云南当地的优势资源与教学实践相结合,以学生专业能力的提升为核心,以特色茶叶加工为重点,着力培养一批社会需要的茶叶加工学专业性实用型人才。使学生的专业理论知识、创新思维和实际动手能力得到进一步提升,为社会提供专业性人才做好长足铺垫。

With the improvement of the social and economic level and the development of the tea industry,the number of colleges offering tea sciences across the country has been increasing.Tea Processing is still a shortcoming of the core curriculum of a tea science major,and Yunnan has rich tea resources and development advantages.By combining Yunnan's local superior resources with teaching practice,students'professional ability is improved.As the core,focusing on the processing of characteristic tea,we will focus on cultivating a group of professional and practical talents in tea processing.The students'professional theoretical knowledge,innovative thinking and practical hands-on skills have been improved,and the professional talents of the society have been paved the way.
