产业转型升级下文化产业创新融合发展与人才培养

文化产业作为创新密集的高附加值产业,正在产业转型升级过程中发挥越来越重要的作用,在传统文化与新兴文化创新融合发展的过程中会面临许多的机会和挑战,其中人才具有重要作用,而人才的培养离不开社会文化背景和经济发展阶段。因此,从现状分析、机会与挑战等方面对产业转型升级下文化产业创新融合发展进行探讨,并提出相应启示,在此基础上,提出基于OBE理念的文化管理人才培养建议,以期促进文化产业的大力发展和目标人才的需求培养,为产业发展与教育结构提供对接。

As an innovation-intensive high value-added industry,cultural industry is playing an increasingly important role in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading.In the process of innovative integration and development of traditional culture and emerging culture,there will be many opportunities and challenges,among which talents play an important role and the cultivation of talents cannot be separated from social cultural background and economic development stage.Therefore,this paper discusses the innovative and integrated development of cultural industry in the context of industrial transformation and upgrading from the perspective of the current situation,opportunities and challenges,and puts forward corresponding enlightenment.On this basis,the author puts forward suggestions on cultivation of cultural management talents based on OBE concept,in order to promote the vigorous development of cultural industry and the cultivation of target talents'needs,and provide a connection between industrial development and educational structure.
