关于专业学位硕士研究生校企联合培养的讨论

“加强研究生培养管理,提升研究生教育质量,稳步扩大专业学位研究生规模”是“十四五”期间加强研究生教育工作的一项开拓性、系统性的工作。对全面提高研究生教学质量,对建设高等教育有着举足轻重的意义。当前我国工程硕士培养依然存在着专业实践程度不足、改革力度不够和人才培养机制不完善等问题。建立我国专业硕士联合培养制度、形成组织结构完整、教学特色鲜明的联合培养模式,可以提高专业硕士培养质量。文章通过对校企联合培养专业硕士现状分析,结合相关政策解读,对高校、企业、社会组织与政府在联合培养中的作用、任务及合作模式进行讨论,得出符合新时代要求的专业硕士培养模式。
