中青年脑卒中患者希望水平与功能锻炼依从性的关系

Relationship between hope level and compliance of functional exercise in young and middle-aged stroke patients

目的探讨中青年脑卒中患者希望水平及其功能锻炼依从性的关系。方法选择2021年1月—2021年3月合肥市某三甲医院康复科患者62例为研究对象,通过问卷星发放问卷进行调查,问卷内容包括Herth希望量表和脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性量表。结果患者希望水平总分为35.40±4.29分,功能锻炼依从性总分为39.61±6.90分。结果显示,希望水平各维度及总分均与功能锻炼依从性总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,影响患者功能锻炼依从性的因素为对现实和未来的积极态度以及采取积极的行动,且为正向因素。结论中青年脑卒中患者希望水平总体处于中高水平,而功能锻炼依从性水平仍具有较大提升空间,两者间存在正相关性,医护人员应帮助患者提高希望水平,助其树立积极态度养成良好行为,促使功能锻炼依从性提升,获得更好的康复治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the relationship between hope level and compliance of functional exercise in young and middle-aged stroke patients. Methods From January 2021 to March 2021, 62 patients in the rehabilitation department of a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Hefei were selected as the research subjects. Questionnaires were distributed through the questionnaire, including Herth Hope Scale and Functional Exercise Compliance Scale for stroke patients. Results The total score of patients’ hope level was 35.40±4.29 points, the total score of functional exercise compliance was 39.61±6.90 points. The results showed that, each dimension and total score of hope level were positively correlated with total score of functional exercise compliance(P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that, the factors af fecting patients’ compliance with functional exercise were positive attitudes towards reality and the future and taking positive actions,which were the positive factors. Conclusion Young and middle-aged patients with cerebral apoplexy hope level was overall at middle to high levels, and functional exercise adherence level still had a large space to improve, there were positive correlations between two factors, the medical staff should help patients improve the level of hope, help them set up positive attitude,form good behavior prompted functional exercise adherence to ascend, acheived a better effect of rehabilitation treatment.
