镂空式固定法在脐静脉置管危重症新生儿护理中的应用效果

Application effect of hollow fixation method in nursing critically ill neonates with umbilical vein catheterization

目的探讨镂空式固定法应用于脐静脉置管危重新生儿护理中的效果。方法选择2019年5月—2021年5月医院收治的行脐静脉置管的危重新生儿185例,按组间基本特征匹配原则分为对照组92例和观察组93例。对照组采用常规透明敷贴密闭式固定脐静脉导管法,观察组采用镂空式固定法固定脐静脉导管法。比较两组导管留置时间、敷贴更换频率、置管期间导管相关并发症发生率。结果采取镂空式固定法固定脐静脉导管后,观察组导管留置时间长于对照组,敷贴更换频率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组置管期间导管相关并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镂空式固定法应用于危重新生儿脐静脉置管护理中可延长导管留置时间,减少敷贴更换频率,降低置管期间导管相关并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of hollow fixation in the nursing of critically ill neonates with umbilical vein catheterization. Methods A total of 185 criticallyill neonates receiving umbilicalvein catheterization from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(n=92) and an observation group(n=93) according to the principle of basic characteristic matching. The control group was treated with conventional transparent application and closed umbilicalvein catheter fixation, the observation group was treated with hollow catheter fixation. The duration of catheter indwelling, frequency of application replacement, incidence of catheter-related complications were compared between two groups. Results After hollow fi xation of umbilicalvein catheter, the indwelling time of catheter in the observation group was longer than the control group, the frequency of application replacement was lower than the control group.The dif ferences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). The total incidence of catheter-related complications in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the dif ference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hollow fixation method could prolong the indwelling time and reduce the nursing of umbilicalvein catheterization in criticallyill neonates, change frequency of application were cut off and reduce the incidence of catheter-related complications during catheterization.
