摘要 设置本科层次职业教育学士学位是促进职业教育结果公平的关键举措,是完善我国教育学位体系的重要一环,也是促使学生产生学习动力的积极期待。《关于做好本科层次职业学校学士学位授权与授予工作的意见》是关于本科层次职业教育学士学位的第一个专门性文件,体现出学位地位平等、地方主责、突出特色等鲜明的政策取向。但在具体实施方面仍面临多种挑战,包括社会对本科层次职业教育学士学位的认识不足、本科层次职业学校的办学水平参差不齐存隐忧、警惕学位授予标准的"学术漂移"和"同质化"等,急需采取积极有效的应对措施。 Setting up the bachelor’s degree in vocational education at undergraduate level is a key measure to promote the fairness of vocational education results, an important link to improve China’s education degree system, and a positive expectation to promote students’ learning motivation. Opinions on the Authorization and Awarding of Bachelor’s Degree in Undergraduate Vocational Universities is the first special document for bachelor’s degree in vocational undergraduate education, which reflects the distinct policy orientation of equal degree status, local responsibility and prominent characteristics. However, there are still many challenges in the specific implementation, including the lack of social understanding of the bachelor’s degree of vocational education at the undergraduate level, the hidden worries about the uneven running level of vocational colleges at the undergraduate level, and the vigilance against the "academic drift" and "homogenization" of degree awarding standards, which urgently needs to take positive and effective measures.
