摘要 新时代对文化创意产品设计人才的市场需求越来越大。高职教育培养新时代文创人才应特别重视"文化赋能"和"市场连接",其主要内容是激发学生的天赋才能和职业志趣、在专业教学和市场连接中培养获知"最好之物"的能力、促进从业者的全面发展和实现劳动快乐等。 The market demand for cultural and creative product design talents in the new era is increasing.Higher vocational education should pay special attention to "cultural empowerment" and "market connection" in cultivating cultural and creative talents in the new era. Its main content includes how to stimulate students’ talent and professional interest, to cultivate the ability of knowing the "best thing" in the professional teaching and market connection, to promote the all-round development of practitioners and realize the labor happiness.
